Hội nghị diễn ra trong không khí nghiêm túc, dân chủ và trách nhiệm, với sự tham dự của tập thể viên chức, người lao động nhà trường. Các nội dung được triển khai theo chương trình, tập trung vào việc đánh giá kết quả thực hiện nhiệm vụ năm học 2025–2026; kiểm điểm trách nhiệm trong công tác quản lý, chỉ đạo, điều hành; rà soát việc thực hiện quy chế dân chủ, công khai và các quy định nội bộ; đồng thời xác định phương hướng, nhiệm vụ, chỉ tiêu và giải pháp thực hiện nhiệm vụ năm học 2026–2027.

Lắng nghe, trao đổi, đóng góp trách nhiệm từ các tổ chuyên môn

Một trong những nội dung trọng tâm của Hội nghị là phần trình bày các tham luận, thể hiện tinh thần chủ động, trách nhiệm và sự quan tâm của các tổ chuyên môn đối với nhiệm vụ giáo dục của nhà trường.

Các chủ đề tham luận được định hướng gắn với những nhiệm vụ thiết thực của năm học mới: đẩy mạnh ứng dụng công nghệ số và trí tuệ nhân tạo trong dạy học; giáo dục ý thức, trách nhiệm và văn hóa ứng xử của học sinh; xây dựng môi trường tiếng Anh trong nhà trường, từng bước đưa tiếng Anh trở thành ngôn ngữ thứ hai; nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục đại trà và mũi nhọn; đổi mới công tác ôn thi tốt nghiệp THPT, tư vấn hướng nghiệp; tăng cường cải cách hành chính, chuyển đổi số hồ sơ và xây dựng môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp.

Các tham luận góp phần mở rộng trao đổi từ thực tiễn hoạt động chuyên môn, tạo diễn đàn để các tổ chia sẻ ý kiến, đề xuất giải pháp và cùng hướng tới mục tiêu nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục. Đây cũng là dịp để mỗi cán bộ, giáo viên nhìn nhận rõ hơn vai trò, trách nhiệm của mình trong việc thực hiện nhiệm vụ năm học, tăng cường phối hợp giữa các tổ chuyên môn và tích cực đổi mới hoạt động dạy học.

Thông qua việc lắng nghe, trao đổi và đóng góp ý kiến, Hội nghị tiếp tục khẳng định vai trò của tinh thần dân chủ, sự đồng thuận và trách nhiệm tập thể trong quá trình xây dựng kế hoạch, tổ chức thực hiện nhiệm vụ của nhà trường.

Phát huy dân chủ, bảo đảm quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp của viên chức, người lao động

Bên cạnh nội dung chuyên môn, Hội nghị dành sự quan tâm đến việc thực hiện quy chế dân chủ ở cơ sở, công khai, minh bạch trong hoạt động của nhà trường và những nội dung liên quan đến quyền, lợi ích hợp pháp, chính đáng của viên chức, người lao động.

Việc trao đổi, thống nhất các nhiệm vụ và giải pháp trong năm học mới thể hiện tinh thần trách nhiệm của tập thể đối với sự phát triển chung. Mỗi ý kiến đóng góp là một kênh thông tin quan trọng giúp nhà trường tiếp tục hoàn thiện công tác quản lý, điều hành, xây dựng môi trường làm việc đoàn kết, kỷ cương, trách nhiệm và tạo điều kiện để đội ngũ cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên phát huy năng lực, sở trường trong thực hiện nhiệm vụ được giao.

Hội nghị cũng đã tiến hành bầu Ban Thanh tra nhân dân, bảo đảm thực hiện chức năng giám sát theo quy định, góp phần phát huy quyền làm chủ của viên chức, người lao động và tăng cường tính công khai, minh bạch trong hoạt động của đơn vị.

Thống nhất nghị quyết, quyết tâm thực hiện thắng lợi nhiệm vụ năm học 2026–2027

Trên cơ sở các nội dung được trình bày, trao đổi tại Hội nghị, dự thảo Nghị quyết Hội nghị viên chức, người lao động năm học 2026–2027 đã được đưa ra biểu quyết và được Hội nghị nhất trí thông qua với tỷ lệ 100%.

Kết quả biểu quyết thể hiện sự đồng thuận, thống nhất cao của tập thể viên chức, người lao động đối với những mục tiêu, nhiệm vụ và giải pháp đã được xác định. Đây là cơ sở quan trọng để nhà trường cụ thể hóa nghị quyết thành chương trình, kế hoạch công tác, gắn trách nhiệm của từng bộ phận, tổ chuyên môn và mỗi cá nhân với nhiệm vụ chung.

Với tinh thần dân chủ, đoàn kết và trách nhiệm, Hội nghị viên chức, người lao động Trường THPT Bạch Đằng năm học 2026–2027 khép lại, mở ra chặng đường mới với quyết tâm tiếp tục đổi mới, nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục, xây dựng đội ngũ vững chuyên môn, trách nhiệm trong công việc và chủ động thích ứng với yêu cầu đổi mới giáo dục.

BACH DANG HIGH SCHOOL HOLDS THE 2026–2027 CONFERENCE OF PUBLIC EMPLOYEES AND WORKERS: PROMOTING DEMOCRACY, SOLIDARITY AND RESPONSIBILITY TO ENHANCE EDUCATIONAL QUALITY

In accordance with Guidance No. 451/HD-SGDDT dated September 28, 2026, issued by the Quang Ninh Department of Education and Training regarding the organization of the Conference of Public Employees and Workers for the 2026–2027 academic year, and the school’s Plan No. 342/KH-THPTBD dated October 3, 2026, Bach Dang High School held the 2026–2027 Conference of Public Employees and Workers on the afternoon of October 19, 2026. The conference provided an opportunity for the school’s administrators, teachers and staff to review the implementation of tasks during the previous academic year, discuss orientations and priorities for the new academic year, exercise their democratic rights, and reaffirm their collective commitment to the school’s continued development.

The conference took place in a serious, democratic and responsible atmosphere, with the participation of the school’s public employees and workers. Following the established agenda, discussions focused on evaluating the implementation of tasks during the 2025–2026 academic year; reviewing responsibilities in management, leadership and administration; examining the implementation of democratic practices, transparency requirements and internal regulations; and determining orientations, tasks, targets and solutions for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Listening, Sharing and Making Responsible Contributions Through Subject Departments

One of the key components of the conference was the presentation of professional papers, demonstrating the initiative, sense of responsibility and commitment of the school’s subject departments to fulfilling its educational mission.

The topics were closely aligned with the practical priorities of the new academic year, including promoting the application of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in teaching and learning; fostering students’ awareness, sense of responsibility and appropriate conduct; developing an English-speaking environment throughout the school and gradually establishing English as a second language; improving the quality of both mainstream and advanced education; renewing approaches to preparation for the high school graduation examination and career guidance; and strengthening administrative reform, digitalization of records and the development of a professional working environment.

These presentations encouraged professional discussions grounded in practical experience, providing a platform for subject departments to share ideas, propose solutions and work towards the common goal of improving educational quality. The conference also offered each member of the school’s staff an opportunity to gain a clearer understanding of their role and responsibilities in fulfilling academic-year objectives, strengthening collaboration among subject departments and actively innovating teaching and learning practices.

Through listening, discussion and constructive contributions, the conference reaffirmed the importance of democracy, consensus and collective responsibility in developing plans and implementing the school’s educational tasks.

Promoting Democracy and Safeguarding the Legitimate Rights and Interests of Public Employees and Workers

Alongside professional matters, the conference focused on implementing grassroots democratic regulations and ensuring openness and transparency in the school’s operations, as well as addressing issues related to the legitimate rights and interests of public employees and workers.

The discussions and agreements on tasks and solutions for the new academic year reflected the collective’s sense of responsibility for the school’s overall development. Each contribution served as an important source of feedback, helping the school further improve its management and administration, foster a working environment characterized by solidarity, discipline and responsibility, and create favorable conditions for administrators, teachers and staff to maximize their abilities and strengths in carrying out their assigned duties.

The conference also held an election for the People’s Inspection Board, ensuring the implementation of its supervisory functions in accordance with regulations. This contributed to promoting the democratic rights of public employees and workers and enhancing openness and transparency in the school’s operations.

Adopting the Resolution and Determining to Successfully Fulfill the Tasks of the 2026–2027 Academic Year

Based on the matters presented and discussed at the conference, the draft Resolution of the Conference of Public Employees and Workers for the 2026–2027 academic year was put to a vote and unanimously adopted, receiving 100% approval.

The voting results demonstrated a high level of consensus and unity among the school’s public employees and workers regarding the established goals, tasks and solutions. This provides an important foundation for translating the resolution into specific work programs and action plans, linking the responsibilities of each department, subject group and individual to the school’s shared objectives.

With a spirit of democracy, solidarity and responsibility, the 2026–2027 Conference of Public Employees and Workers of Bach Dang High School concluded, marking the beginning of a new chapter in the school’s continued efforts to innovate, improve educational quality, develop a highly competent and responsible teaching workforce, and proactively adapt to the evolving demands of educational reform.

Building on its achievements, the Bach Dang High School community will continue to uphold solidarity, discipline, innovation and creativity.
