Hội nghị do Bộ Chính trị, Ban Bí thư tổ chức theo hình thức trực tiếp kết hợp trực tuyến trên phạm vi toàn quốc, nhằm thống nhất nhận thức và hành động trong việc triển khai các chủ trương, quyết sách quan trọng của Trung ương; giúp cán bộ, đảng viên nắm vững những nội dung cốt lõi, điểm mới và trọng tâm của các nghị quyết, kết luận, quy định được thông qua tại Hội nghị lần thứ tư Ban Chấp hành Trung ương Đảng khóa XIV.

Tại hội nghị, các đồng chí lãnh đạo Trung ương đã truyền đạt, quán triệt 6 chuyên đề trọng tâm, gồm:

Chuyên đề 1: Nghị quyết về tăng cường xây dựng, chỉnh đốn Đảng và hệ thống chính trị trong sạch, vững mạnh, toàn diện, đáp ứng yêu cầu phát triển của đất nước trong thời kỳ mới;

Chuyên đề 2: Nghị quyết về đổi mới phương thức lãnh đạo, cầm quyền của Đảng đối với hệ thống chính trị trong giai đoạn mới;

Chuyên đề 3: Nghị quyết về tập trung xây dựng đội ngũ cán bộ các cấp, nhất là cấp chiến lược, đủ phẩm chất, năng lực và uy tín, ngang tầm nhiệm vụ;

Chuyên đề 4: Quy định về đảng viên tham gia hoạt động đầu tư, kinh doanh;

Chuyên đề 5: Kết luận về Chiến lược quốc gia về thu hút, trọng dụng và phát triển nhân tài trong các ngành, lĩnh vực mũi nhọn phục vụ đất nước phát triển nhanh, bền vững;

Chuyên đề 6: Báo cáo đánh giá tình hình phát triển kinh tế – xã hội, thực hiện ngân sách nhà nước năm 2026 và dự kiến kế hoạch phát triển kinh tế – xã hội, dự toán ngân sách nhà nước năm 2027.

Đặc biệt, tại hội nghị, đồng chí Tổng Bí thư, Chủ tịch nước Tô Lâm đã phát biểu chỉ đạo, nhấn mạnh yêu cầu gắn công tác xây dựng, chỉnh đốn Đảng với đổi mới phương thức lãnh đạo, nâng cao năng lực tổ chức thực hiện; xây dựng, bố trí và phát huy đội ngũ cán bộ, trọng dụng nhân tài đáp ứng yêu cầu phát triển đất nước; thể chế hóa kịp thời các quyết sách, phân định rõ trách nhiệm và bảo đảm điều kiện thực hiện. Đồng thời, đồng chí yêu cầu các cấp, các ngành nỗ lực hoàn thành mục tiêu, nhiệm vụ năm 2026, chuẩn bị tốt các điều kiện thực hiện kế hoạch năm 2027, giữ nghiêm kỷ luật, kiểm soát quyền lực và phát huy vai trò của Nhân dân trong quá trình triển khai nghị quyết.

Thực hiện chỉ đạo của nhà trường, cán bộ lãnh đạo và giáo viên tham dự hội nghị với tinh thần nghiêm túc, trách nhiệm, bảo đảm thành phần và thời gian theo yêu cầu. Công tác chuẩn bị phòng họp, đường truyền trực tuyến, điểm danh và ghi nhận tư liệu được triển khai chu đáo, góp phần bảo đảm hội nghị diễn ra thông suốt, hiệu quả.

Thông qua việc tham dự hội nghị, cán bộ, giáo viên nhà trường tiếp tục nâng cao nhận thức chính trị, nắm vững những quan điểm, chủ trương và định hướng lớn của Đảng; từ đó vận dụng phù hợp vào quá trình thực hiện nhiệm vụ chuyên môn, công tác quản lý, giáo dục học sinh và xây dựng tổ chức Đảng, nhà trường ngày càng vững mạnh.

Việc tổ chức học tập, quán triệt nghị quyết góp phần củng cố tinh thần đoàn kết, ý thức trách nhiệm và quyết tâm chính trị trong đội ngũ cán bộ, giáo viên Trường THPT Bạch Đằng, hướng tới thực hiện hiệu quả các nhiệm vụ được giao, đáp ứng yêu cầu đổi mới giáo dục trong giai đoạn mới.

BACH ĐANG HIGH SCHOOL ATTENDS THE NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON STUDYING, UNDERSTANDING, AND IMPLEMENTING THE RESOLUTION OF THE 4TH PLENUM OF THE 14TH CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY OF VIETNAM

In accordance with Invitation No. 283-GM/ĐU dated October 14, 2026, issued by the Quang Yen Ward Party Committee, inviting participants to attend the national conference on studying, understanding, and implementing the Resolution of the 4th Plenum of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the school’s leadership team and teachers of Bach Đang High School attended the online conference on the morning of October 16, 2026, in the meeting room on the first floor of the school’s Administrative Management Building.

The conference was organized by the Politburo and the Secretariat in a hybrid format, combining in-person and online participation nationwide. Its purpose was to ensure a unified understanding and coordinated action in implementing the important policies and strategic decisions of the Central Committee, while helping cadres and Party members thoroughly understand the core contents, new developments, and key priorities of the resolutions, conclusions, and regulations adopted at the 4th Plenum of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

At the conference, central-level leaders presented and thoroughly explained six key topics, including:

Topic 1: The Resolution on strengthening Party building and rectification and building a clean, strong, and comprehensive political system to meet the country’s development requirements in the new era.

Topic 2: The Resolution on renewing the Party’s leadership and governing methods with regard to the political system in the new period.

Topic 3: The Resolution on focusing on building a contingent of officials at all levels, particularly at the strategic level, who possess the necessary qualities, competence, and credibility to meet the demands of their responsibilities.

Topic 4: Regulations on Party members’ participation in investment and business activities.

Topic 5: The Conclusion on the National Strategy for attracting, valuing, and developing talent in key sectors and fields to promote the country’s rapid and sustainable development.

Topic 6: A report reviewing the socio-economic development situation and implementation of the state budget in 2026, together with the proposed socio-economic development plan and state budget estimates for 2027.

Notably, at the conference, General Secretary and President To Lam delivered important guiding remarks, emphasizing the need to link Party building and rectification with the renewal of leadership methods and the enhancement of implementation capacity. He highlighted the importance of developing, appropriately assigning, and effectively utilizing the contingent of officials, as well as attracting and valuing talented individuals to meet the country’s development requirements. He also stressed the need to promptly institutionalize strategic decisions, clearly define responsibilities, and ensure the necessary conditions for implementation.

At the same time, he called on all levels and sectors to make every effort to fulfill the goals and tasks set for 2026, adequately prepare for the implementation of the 2027 plan, strictly maintain discipline, strengthen the control of power, and promote the role of the People throughout the implementation of the resolutions.

Following the school’s directives, the leadership team and teachers attended the conference with a serious and responsible attitude, ensuring that participation and attendance met the required arrangements and schedule. Preparations for the meeting room, online connection, attendance monitoring, and documentation were carried out carefully, contributing to the smooth and effective operation of the conference.

Through their participation, the school’s leaders and teachers continued to strengthen their political awareness and deepen their understanding of the Party’s major viewpoints, policies, and strategic orientations. This knowledge will serve as a foundation for applying these principles appropriately to professional duties, school management, student education, and the continued strengthening of the Party organization and the school.

The organization of this conference for studying and understanding the resolutions contributes to strengthening solidarity, a sense of responsibility, and political determination among the leaders and teachers of Bach Đang High School. These efforts aim to ensure the effective fulfillment of assigned tasks and meet the requirements of educational reform in the new era.
